This package is ideal for couples who just need an extra hand to stay on track during the big day.

• 1 meeting before the wedding day
• Assistance with creating a wedding day timeline
• Up to 1 hour for the Rehearsal. This covers:
  • Arranging the bridal party
  • Discussing musical cues, practicing the ceremony
  • Reviewing the timeline with the wedding party, families, and vendors
  • Answering any last minute questions or concerns.
• Up to 4 hours on Wedding Day. This includes:
  • Assistance with vendor’s set ups
  • Keeping vendors on track with the timeline
  • Ceremony coordination
  • Attending to guests in the time between the ceremony and the reception
  • Making sure the reception room is ready for guests (ex. candles are lit, water glasses are filled, etc.)

• This package does not include assistance with ceremony and reception set-up before the event, or clean-up services after the event
• Extra services and overtime are available to add to this package for an additional charge
