If you’ve got the planning covered, but you want someone to be there on the wedding day to deal with all of the set up and small details, this is the package for you. We’ll manage all aspects of the day so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your big day.

These services typically start 4-6 weeks before your wedding.

• Initial Complimentary Consultation
• 2 meetings in the month before the wedding day.
• Contract confirmations with your selected vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding
• Ceremony and Reception layout review and suggestions
• Assistance with creating a detailed timeline for the wedding day
• Distributing timelines to all necessary participants (wedding party, vendors, family members)
• Rehearsal Management. This includes:
  • Arranging the bridal party
  • Discussing musical cues
  • Practicing the ceremony
  • Reviewing the timeline with the wedding party, families, and vendors
  • Answering any last minute questions or concerns.
• Wedding Day. This covers, but is not limited to:
  • Delivering final payments and tips to vendors
  • Decorating ceremony space
  • Final confirmations and assistance with vendor’s set ups
  • Set-up and decorating of reception space
  • Keeping vendors and bridal party on track with the timeline
  • Ceremony coordination
  • Managing the flow of the reception to keep track with the timeline
  • Being the main point of contact for any questions or emergencies throughout the day
  • Complete access to a fully stocked emergency kit, available for anyone at the wedding

  • Basic includes up to 8 hours on the wedding day
  • Mid includes up to 10 hours on the wedding day
  • Full includes up to 14 hours on the wedding day
• We will talk in depth about the needs and details specific to your wedding and I can suggest the package options that I think will be the best fit for your day
• Basic clean-up services, such as boxing up décor, managing rental items, sweeping floors are available as an add-on to any package
• Full event breakdown and professional cleaning available for an additional fee
